Take 180 ml of water in a vessel & pour the ChatPat Khaman Dholka pack in it, mix it well till it become a thin layer like paste.
Keep aside for 5min.
Pour the mixture in a dhokla plate & keep the plate in a Idli cooker or regular cooker & heat for 15 min. (Don’t forget to add little water in cooker before keeping the plate).
Your dhokla is re4ady, remove the dhokla plate & let it cooldown for 10 min.
For more taste, separately give tadka of Raie, Kadi Patta, Hinga, Green Chilli and
pour over it.
